About BodyWide

Hi, I'm Charlton. Originally from Montreal, Canada, now proudly calling Melbourne home since 2007. I've worked across many industries over the years, but nothing has come close to the reward I find in helping people feel better, move better and live healthier lives.

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy from RMIT and am accredited as a Remedial Massage Therapist, with over a decade of clinical experience. My work is grounded in hands-on treatment, supported by dry needling and cupping where appropriate, with a focus on relieving tension, addressing trigger points, and helping clients reclaim their freedom of movement.

Just as important as what I treat is how I work. I aim to create a space where people feel comfortable, listened to, and respected, whether they’re managing the demands of work, training regularly, or part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Each session is shaped around the individual, with an emphasis on keeping things straightforward and useful so that clients leave equipped with the knowledge and tools to maintain their progress between visits.

Outside of the clinic, I keep things fairly simple: regular resistance training, incline walking, and the occasional reset over coffee and something sweet with my husband, or with my nose in a good book. I value staying curious and grounded in evidence-based practice, and bringing that into the way I work with every client.
