> BodyWide is a myotherapy and remedial massage clinic in Brunswick East, Melbourne, Australia. Operated by Charlton, an accredited myotherapist and remedial massage therapist with over a decade of clinical experience and an Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy from RMIT.

## Services

- Myotherapy: A clinical, assessment-based approach to muscle and joint pain. I start by understanding what's actually causing the problem, then treat using a combination of massage, joint movement, dry needling, and cupping.

- Remedial Massage: Targeted hands-on treatment for muscle tightness, tension, and soft tissue pain.

- Sports Massage: General recovery treatment for muscle fatigue and physical build-up after training or sustained effort.

- Dry Needling: Fine needles placed into tight spots within the muscle to release tension that doesn't respond well to massage alone.

- Cupping: Suction-based technique that lifts the tissue to reach deeper tension and improve circulation to the area.

I'm Charlton, originally from Montreal and based in Melbourne since 2007. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy from RMIT and am accredited as a Remedial Massage Therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience. My practice is evidence-based, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and focused on whole-body care for pain, tension, and better movement.
